Welcome Sarah Burrell, the Chamber's new Marketing Manager!
We are thrilled to announce Sarah Burrell as the newest member of the Franklin County Chamber team! Sarah Burrell moved to Franklin County a few years ago with her 4-year-old daughter, first living in Shelburne Falls before just recently buying a home in Greenfield. Sarah has an extensive background in graphic design, public relations, and years of experience supporting the marketing needs of small business owners. Best of all? Sarah's extremely invested in Franklin County and eager to use her skills to promote and support the success of members and our region.
Here's a quick hello from Sarah:
Hello, Franklin County! I'm delighted to introduce myself as the new Marketing Manager for the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce & Regional Tourism Council. My name is Sarah Burrell, and I bring years of experience in Public Relations and Communications with a special focus on supporting creative female-founded and led businesses. I am truly passionate about working with local businesses, using my creativity to craft compelling messages and foster genuine connections. I spent the past four years in public relations for Annie Selke, a nationally-recognized home decor business based in the Berkshires. I built my own clientele of female business owners all around the country, offering support with traditional PR, influencer marketing, and various forms of collaborations.
I'm a relatively new Franklin County resident and I've already fallen in love with the area. As I dive into this new role, I am most excited about creating new relationships, bringing a fresh perspective to the table, and shining a light on the beauty of this area. I chose to buy a house here in Franklin County and raise my daughter here because of the natural beauty, seasons, arts and culture, the history and charm, and strong sense of community. In my free time, you can find me tackling house projects, exploring local hiking trails, hunting for vintage goods, discovering new coffee shops, and, most importantly, spending quality time with my daughter. I am thrilled to be a part of the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce team and can't wait to connect with all of you.
