What motivates you at work?
My motivation stems from my love to create, problem solve and compose works of art from such a beautiful medium. The journey this creative path has led me on is a constant source of inspiration. Meeting and working with/for people who have such a deep appreciation for art, creativity and nature is a constant reminder of the beauty in this world and on top of all that I get to humbly contribute to it. Furthermore, my deep gratitude for having the opportunity to do what I do is a constant source of motivation. Growing up having the love for building, art, creativity, nature, and trees instilled in me at a young age and as I grew, is something I owe to my parents and an incredible community. Now to be able to reflect that joy into the world is an opportunity that will always be a driving force.
